"One thing that I find fascinating is listening to people and seeing what words they use frequently. The most interesting people to listen to are those that use a wide,vibrant and rich vocabulary. People who have an extensive vocabulary are great speakers and are very captivating to listen to. I enjoy listening to people interviewing celebrities. It's amazing how often celebrities say the same thing. Take David Beckham for example. He frequently uses the expression...at the end of the day...and his wife, Victoria, loves to use the word...major!!!
I have a friend who always says...whatever it may be...when he is trying to explain something and I have another friend who always says...in my opinion....when he wants to say something. I have noted that I use the words...well...let me see...perfect...aslinda ve harika all the time and I want to try to change my habits. I am going to work hard at varying my vocabulary so that I become interesting to listen to. I used to say...I'm very good at that...until one day my sister pointed out to me that I was saying this all the time and now I no longer say it. My favorite expression in English is...damn the expense...give the cat a gold fish!!!!
In French I love the expression...pourquoi pas!!! and in Turkish I love ...bekle, bekle!!!"
